more about me

Let me paint a picture you probably know very well:

You log off your full-time job…
your brain is already fried…
dinner needs to happen…
life is still very much life-ing…

…and somewhere in the middle of all of that, you think:

“When am I supposed to build a business?”

Because it’s not that you don’t want it.

It’s not that you’re not capable.

It’s that your time already feels… spoken for.

And if you’ve ever felt like starting an online business just isn’t realistic in this season—

I want to gently tell you:

It is. But it has to be built differently.

The Biggest Shift (that changes everything)

Most people try to build a business like they have unlimited time.

You don’t.

So instead of trying to do more…

You need to build smarter.

This means:

  • Simpler offers
  • Shorter work sessions
  • Systems that do the heavy lifting

We are setting this up to scale, not scramble.

Step 1: Choose ONE idea (not five).

When you’re limited on time, clarity matters more than anything.

Instead of:
“I could do this… or this… or maybe this…”

We’re going with:

One clear, simple idea

Ask yourself:

  • What do I already know how to do?
  • What do people ask me for help with?
  • What feels doable right now (not someday)?

You don’t need the perfect idea.
You need a starting idea.

Step 2: Work in small, focused pockets of time.

You do not need 8-hour workdays to build this.

You need:
30–60 minute focused sessions

Think:

  • Early mornings
  • Lunch breaks
  • Evenings (when you can)
  • Weekends (in small chunks)

But here’s the key:

✔ No multitasking
✔ No “just scrolling first”
✔ No overloading your to-do list

Just:
One task. One focus. One win.

Step 3: Start with a SIMPLE digital product.

This is where most people overcomplicate things.

You do NOT need:
❌ A giant course
❌ A full brand
❌ A complicated funnel

Start with something like:

  • A guide
  • A checklist
  • A template
  • A mini offer

Something that:
✔ Solves one problem
✔ Is quick to create
✔ Can be sold while you sleep

Step 4: Set up a basic system (once).

This is where your future self will thank you.

Instead of manually doing everything every time…

Set up:

  • A simple sales page
  • A checkout system
  • An email delivery

That’s it.

Tools like ConvertKit + a simple page builder are more than enough to get started.

Once it’s set up…

It works in the background while you live your life.

Step 5: Talk about it (without overthinking content).

You don’t need to post 24/7.

You just need to:
show up consistently enough to be seen.

Simple ways to do that:

  • Share what you’re building
  • Talk about the problem you solve
  • Show small wins and progress

You’re not trying to go viral.
You’re trying to connect.

What’s actually slowing you down…

Let’s call it out, friend:

It’s not your job.

It’s:

  • Overthinking
  • Trying to do too much at once
  • Waiting until you have “more time”

Because here’s the truth:

If you had more time, you’d probably still feel overwhelmed.

This isn’t a time problem.

It’s a clarity + simplicity problem.

What this can actually look like…

Not overnight success.

But real, steady progress:

Week 1 → You pick your idea
Week 2 → You create your first offer
Week 3 → You set up your system
Week 4 → You start sharing it

And suddenly…

You’re not just thinking about a business anymore.

You’re building one.

If you’re feeling stuck on what to create…

This is the part that trips most people up.

So I made it easier:

Grab my free guide: 500 Digital Product Ideas to Sell

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Ideas across 25 niches
  • Options for beginners
  • Inspiration to help you move FAST

Because momentum matters more than perfection.

Your next step (keep it simple):

Let’s not spiral.

Just do this today:

1️⃣ Choose ONE idea
2️⃣ Decide who it helps
3️⃣ Write out what your first product could include

Done.

That’s your starting line.

Final thought.

You don’t need to quit your job to start building your future.

You just need:

A plan that fits your life right now.

Because this?

This is how women build businesses quietly…
after hours…
in real life…

and change everything.
